Our impact

Whether it is a single classroom or transforming an entire school, our programmes make a difference wherever they are implemented.

Lasting change requires more than a temporary presence – but the way that our programmes are designed means ILI is not required at schools in perpetuity in order to see successful results. Our practices are sustainable, ongoing and become embedded in the school as they are applied by school leaders and teachers. ILI programmes give participants the tools to create the time and space they need to be dedicated educators, and reignites their passion for teaching. This is revealed in our progress study, which reflects the lasting outcomes that instructional leadership can have on an entire school community.
